Shipping Policy

  1. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. 
  2. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and tracking information will be provided via e-mail with shipping details.
  3. We ship via FedEx or USPS within the Contiguous 48 States. USPS is used for all orders shipping to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and US Territories (such as Guam and Puerto Rico).
  4. We do offer expedited shipping within the U.S., please call or email for a shipping quote.
  5. Expedited service is not available to the following places: AA (APO/FPO), AE (APO/FPO), AP (APO/FPO), Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands
  6. Please make sure your Ship To address is correct, we will not be responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses.

Return Policy

  1. We stand behind our products and strive to resolve any issue there may be to our customer’s complete satisfaction.
  2. Within 30 days of purchase, you may return any item in its original package for an exchange or refund. We give a refund except the actual shipping charge we paid for shipping.
  3. Please note that the customer is responsible for all S&H charges incurred for returning any products.
  4. We don't provide any refund or replacement for any item that is unpacked, used or damaged.
